Phone wrongfully blacklisted

On Thursday 9/05/13 my wife's cellphone all of a sudden does'nt have any signal and gave an phone errror message. After contacting Vodacom Service Provider they told us the phone was blacklisted. A couple of months ago, she send her phone in for repairs. After a couple of weeks Vodacom gave her a refurbished phone. According to Vodacom, the original owner of the refurbished phone's new phone had been and that is why they wrongfully blacklisted my wife's phone. They then told her it will take five days for them to reverse the blacklisting and that they are sorry there is nothing that they can do for her in the meanwhile. With that poor excuse I jumped in to try and get a selution for a fault on their side. On Friday I contacted Vodacom Service Provider via their website where they garrentee a responce within 24 hours. 24hours went by without any response. I made an sencond attempt on Saterday refering the automated refernce number on whitch I got a response to confirm my account details whitch I did. At this stage another 24 hours had passed without any response. The least they could have done is to gave her a phone on loan to be connected while they sort out the blacklisting
