Please beware, Tracker will blacklist you and damage your credit record without even attempting to contact you to rectify the problem. They will never see any business from me again!
Background: Standard Bank convinced me to transfer away from Nedbank and join Private Banking. They assisted me in transferring all my debit orders across and closing the old account. If it occurred that a debit order failed to run the credit provider / service provider will always contact me and assisted me in updating the DO details.
Only 120 days later when I did a credit application did it come to my attention that tracker never updated the details provided to them earlier.
THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME TO INFORM ME THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM ON MY ACCOUNT. THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME TO RESOLVE THE MATTER - THEY BLACKLISTED ME INSTEAD.
PLEASE IF YOU READING THIS DO NOT SUPPORT SUCH A PATHETIC COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
