ITS 2 WEEKS AND MY PHONE HAS NOT BE UN-BLACKLISTED. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!
I have been calling everyday and I get the same excuse/same feedback. It has been escalated and I should keep the phone off.
I have never experienced such pathetic service from a service provider. I want this sorted out ASAP!!!
It says the phone was un-blacklisted on the 27 but guess what... its still NOT WORKING!!! My cell number in question is 0833 971168 and the imei is 359202045102281
