I got a BlackBerry 9320 on contract with CellC in Tygervalley. The first thing I noticed when taking my first call is the lack of voice quality. My clients sound 'muffled' on the other side. I cannot clearly hear what they are saying. I have adjusted the bass, treble and volume on the phone but it does not make a difference. Also I fully charged the phone - overnight - and got a 34 minute call this morning - BATTERY FLAT! If I had known all of this I would never have gotten a BlackBerry. VERY disappointed and full of regret!
