Worst Customer Service on Handheld Insurance

About 2 weeks ago I lodged a claim with MTNSP Insurance in terms of my mobile device. On the 18/07/2013 I received feedback from Koketso Mathabathe advising that my claim with ref no 102222680 has been approved. A letter was sent advising that I should take this document to the stores listed in the document or any MTN Owned Store to collect my new handset. On the 22/07/2013 I proceeded from JHB CBD to Rosebank Mall Shop No 33 and spoke to Nonhlanhla Hlwathika. She stated that I should have my ID document with me for them to assist me with the device. I produced my S.A Driver's license which is a valid Identity document. She stated that they do not accept driver's licenses as their procedures stipulates ONLY S.A Barcoded ID documents are accepted. I disagreed here as the procedure is not known to the client and nowhere in the letter/e-mail was it stipulated that I should have my ID document with me when collecting the device. MTN SP insurance was contacted and again they advised driver's license is acceptable but her colleague advised that it is not. Again they called and again a different answer was given. I left the store after an hour with no phone!!! Worst service ever I got!!!
