Overcharged and uncaring consultant

I called Mtn to query R214.91 billed twice on my account invoice number E502705095. I was assisted by Phumlele reference number 102327177 who seemed uninterested to help me. He kept me on hold for long without first checking with me whether that is okay with me. He then logged a "call" to the accounts dept. He told me the matter might take a minimum of 10 working days to resolve. I can't wait for Mtn to wake up from slumber. I am going to cancel the debit order and then pay you what you are entitled to and I will manually pay every month. Your service is pathetic and your consultants lack basic call centre skills i.e. telephone etiquette.
