Bad attitude from Consultants to Service provider

In Mid April 2013 this year I went to 8ta store in Brooklyn Mall to confirm that I was cancelling the contract with them as it was coming to an end, end of May 2013. I produced my Identity document and they confirmed that it will cease end of May 2013. They never stopped billing my account, and on the 30th August 2013, i went to the 8ta store in Wonderpark Mall, and raised my issue.
I produced my Identity document, an the lady who was assisting me gave me a bad attitude, and I even wondered if I would be helped. She faxed the documents, also with a copy of my Identity document, and she gave me proof that the fax has gone through. She told me 8ta will debit my account for the last time on the 01st of September 2013, and to date they are still debiting my account and I am not using thier sim card.

I have tried contacting 8ta, and could not get through.
