I finally received my Device which was not delivered a month ago, for some reason the number they has is different which makes no sense as I was contacted 3 times throughout the process on my current cell to complete the application telephonically.
According to the delivery document i am not to RICA my sim at any telkom mobile store, it states, 'DO NOT RICA YOUR SIM IN A TELKOM MOBILE STORE, The courier driver will RICA you and submit all documents for activation of you handset/SIM.'
After enquiring when this activation will take place as I it is still not activated, I was told by the call centre to go to a store and RICA the SIM.
this is really not acceptable, firstly I have to wait a whole month after payment was made, I will probably sit with another fight later this month when another payment goes off instead of refunding or crediting the account for the previous month where I paid and didnt receive it, and now I need to do something which according to my signed agreement is supposed to be done already.
Please make sure my SIM is RICAd i am not driving around to do so.
