I applied for a S4 on the internet, there was a problem and I was asked to choose a VAS - I contacted the sales call centre and the lady confirmed that there was a problem with the net, but when it is back on they will come back to me - never happened!!! I then sent emails to customer care - 5 mails and still no response or feedback on what happened.
