I bought a phone from the telephone sales completely trusting the deal proposed. The phone was delivered and was not at all what I expected. I called back the day it was delivered to say I did not want it and to use my promised 14 day call back. It took me 5 months to get Vodacom to collect it after I drove there to drop it and they refused to take it. 6 months later I am still trying to stop payment on a phone I didn't want. I have called and have a collection of reference numbers and nobody can help me. Tired of getting this message :
