VODACOM lying deliberately or by accident?

I've started complaing re abovementioned since last week... customer care calls back and emails me but nothing actually improves. Highveld Mall Vocacom technical dept person had no idea what to do with my query re. Outlook.

Someone named Pascal Luke Van Reenen, Customer Care, eService Team said a cable had been but today Customer Care knows NOTHING about this. Yes, his answer related to the telephone problem but I'd reported both to customer care (about 5 times in as many work days, I think).

One week later and NOW they're prepared to log a call at the technical dept.

RUN AROUND is the order of the day.
