I was misled by Cell C's marketing that it's so easy, ahaha. I acquired a contract via the telephone, they took very long to deliver the handset. I tried to port my number FOUR TIMES, nothing! The first person I spoke to was LERATO KGATLE, who told me to fax a porting form because my previous contract was not in my name. I then talked to two others who told me that I did not need a port I needed something else, but they did not know what it was. The one's surname was MOSHWESHWE. I called them again today (2 weeks later) talked to someone called ROY, who says there's no indication of an attempted port. He then told me that I HAD TO PHONE HIM BACK (6th time calling) because their porting system is not working. (WOW) I have to call back after 14:00 and then I told him to phone me back because I have wasted enough time and money on them. he said this was not possible. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!
