Unacceptable Service!!!

I have a cellphone contract with MTN. They load my phone with R200 airtime, 25 sms & 150 MB of data on the 21st of each month. On 21st July 2013 they loaded my account however I only received the notification sms of this at 09:40. I dailed *141# to check my balances and my airtime was sitting R151.52. I called them but could get no explanation. Today i called them again and I was told that the airtime was deducted for a internet connection. I asked which site and what was the duration of the connection, but no one could tell me. I spoke to Prudence Ntuli (Team Leader) requesting for this information to be sent to me in writing and she said she was unable to do such, i then asked her for the details of their internal complaints department and to my surprise I was told that MTN DOES NOT HAVE A COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT. This is unacceptable service as I fail to understand why they cannot confirm in writing what they are telling me on the phone. I also fail to understand how an internet connection would rather use R48 airtime whilst 150 MB of data are available. MTN is clearly not treating the customer fairly in this regard and I am very upset and unsatisfied with their service.
