As per your previous response it takes 10 working days for MTN to actually perform their services however Friday the 19th of July would have been the 10th working day since yourll escalated my query on the 7th of July even though i initially sent it in on the 26/06/2013. What is your new lame excuse for your inability to not attend to my query?
