I have been battling to get my upgrade and relevant information changed on my Vodacom contract. I went into the Vodacom Shop in Menlyn Shopping Centre on Saturday morning. The Mall was freezing cold, and they actually opened the doors and let the clients into the Vodacom shop early as it was warmer inside the shop than in the Mall. Sameer Omar was TOTALY super efficient, helped me immediately, gave me recommendations on my phone and sorted out the problems right there and then.
