To 8a or not to 8a! This is the question!

I am absolutely outraged by the service that Telkom is providing to its clients.

I have an Ipad2, which I would like to purchase a Micro Sim for through 8a.

I tried to contact the shop in Galleria, only to discover that they do not have a direct line, and they are directing people to call 10210. This is incredibly convenient, as most other places are reachable telephonically, but, surprisingly NOT Telkom???

I phoned 10210, only to be told that I would have to physically go into the shop, as they cannot assist me, and they have no knowledge of anything that I was enquiring about! Well, this well stinks as far as I am concerned!!!

So, shall I abandon Telkom / 8a as an option for my Ipad data and sim connection, or is someone actually going to give me some information without me having to take time out of my busy day to run around to shopping centres like a twit???
