I have tried numerous times to cancel my 8ta data contract because the service never works, I have had a technician come to my house to try and fix the problem but he just passed the buck and no resolution was offered. I called the call centre on 26 June 2013 to cancel my contract and was told someone would call me within 24H now on the 8 June I still hadn't received a response so I called the call centre again and was once again told someone will contact me. This situation is unacceptable I am paying for a service that 8ta is unable to deliver yet they are happy to take my money.
