Its now week 7 and I still do NOT have the internet / e-mails. After my complaint last week, I got a call from a technician who would be at my place at 9am on Friday morning to install a booster of sorts, so the internet you are billing me for may actually just work, and I can actually do some work. Great, Cell C is trying to do something. Why was I surprised that the guy never bothered to show up. Your last technician who came to do the testing, made an appointment for 9am, and arrived at 10h30, so I patiently waited. I tried to give him a call at 11 - no answer and no one bothered to call me back. I am now commuting over 2 hours in traffic so I can try and do work and get an income because your service is NON existent. I then waste a whole day waiting for your technician to show up! I have some great choice words for your superb service.
