My phone has been sent in for repairs because it did not want to switch on anymore. I got an upgrade towards the end of July and beginning of august the phone stopped working. I sent it in for repairs 8th august and since then i have no phone or sim card because its in the phone. Even if i had the sim card i wouldn't use it in any other phone because it has been cut to fit in the Nokia Lumia 720.
Now i need the phone because i registered most of my things with the number and cellphone banking. I don't understand why it has to take so long... I am really disappointed with the service im getting, really
