Service provider, or service decliner?

Where do I start?

Firstly, LOSING a 24hr UNLIMITED data bundle in a matter of seconds (cost: R50)
Secondly, LOSING airtime on iPad (Cost: R60)
Thirdly, LOSING airtime on iPhone (Cost: R30)

Total cost of "subscriptions" lost (in ONE DAY): R 140.00

Fourth complaint: slow / no data services available, Edge at best. How long does it take me to download a 27 SECOND video? A FULL 10 MINUTES, and MORE THAN AN HOUR FOR A 4 MINUTE VIDEO!

NR 5: calling your call center for assistance, was this some sort of frustration... Firstly, no-one was able to help me in my language of preference (familiarize yourselves with the consumer act, might come in handy...) your "consultants" have no idea of your products, and one kept me waiting for 15minutes trying to check with her manager as to what the problem might be, after which advising me to get an itemized bill, kindly explain to me, HOW THE F$&K DO YOU ITEMIZE DATA SERVICES??? Another consultant tried to tell me that the data bundle will only be activated after 24hrs, what kind of does he think I am?

why do I pay a monthly Monthly contract fee of R 411? I enjoy NONE of your "services offered"
