I took the Data Bundle contract with Vodacom over the phone earlier this week... They told me that they will deliver the Data Sim card after 2 days. The sim was sent to me via Harrismist Courier. Then i waited until Friday..when i called Vodacom..I was told that the courier was here then i refused to take the contract..which is a lie... They say in there recomendation that i said i dont want it... mean while they never beign here... If they want to claim that they went to my work place..I knock off at 16H00..so but they said they where here at 17:H30... Why they never call me or try to reach Me via sms's...!!! this is unprofessional.. and unreliable.!!!
