Two months back I bought a TV from Hi Fi Corporation via Hi Finance. I submitted all the required documentation and left to enjoy my TV. End of the month the required debit didnt happen and i was wondering as i had money in my account.
i got a call from the call centre telling me that actually they didnt capture my banking details and thats why didnt debit.i gave them the bank details and told the agent that i would need an extra month to pay as it was not my fault and she agreed. the following day i received a call from another agent who THREATENED ME with BLACKLISTING if I DONT pay the amount in arrears!!. how is my fault that you didnt debit the account when the was more than enough funds and then YOU THREATEN me on top of that!!! i am totally discussted with the level of service and i am not willing to be BULLIED BY YOU!!!
