Im customer at jet for such long time that i dont remember, but last i bought a cellphone in november if im not mistaken, the fone was insured, i didnt like phone they way work, i return back ti the store in protea garden mall soweto, then i change it to nokia C3, on the 22 february this year i lost my phone.i just go to the store claim my phone, but they tol me that i have to come with affidafit.i report the case at police station of moroka, then gave me a case number wich is 816.i go back to the store agin wth affidafit and the slips that shows that cellphone is insure, we call head office they it must faxed to them we did that three time they say they didn't recieve it, we make a call again, this thing is happening in different days.wen we call they say lets e-mail, we diid and it shows that the emails are gone through even the faxes, now im suprice that the statement comes it shows that im payin insurence of twoo hone which i done have they charging me R80 for that, i got a call from the store that i have to pay R240 so that i can get my phone back, so dont understand why should i pay for something i dont have in my hand, pls help me out so that i can get my phone back and to cancell this oth
