Disgusted with the attitude and service of Vodacom

My phone gets unbearably hot when it is on charge or on the Internet, seeing as its ensured, I took it to Vodacom Alberton. They then booked it in and my mom received a phone call saying that it is going to cast her R1800 for a new phone because they are not paying for it! They said it was water damage, I then spoke to my mom and said there is no way its watter damage because its been doing this since I got it. And every vodacom iv been to has told me they getting a lot of similar complaints with the new bb curve. My mom phoned them back and discussed it with them and they said they will sort it out. 2 days later my mom gets another call, vodacom then said that it was my simcard in the phone so the claim is not valid. BUT... My mom opened a Vodacom contract say 7 years ago (if not more) for her, myself, and my sister. So weather it was her simcard in the phone or mine, its still the same contract! My mom then told me to rather go fetch the phone bacause they said they will sell it in 90days if we don't. My phone came back damaged and in a worse state than when I gave it in! And they don't care when we phone...
