Sign for a upgrade and get in the end

I went into the Eastgate store close too Absa to go and get my contact upgraded on the 2nd of July 2013. I sign for a contract for R300 odd per month including 100 minutes, 200mb Data and 100 sms. Only to find a few days later that none of these exstras appear on my contract. So i phoned 111 then only to be told you migration will only be in affect on the 1st of Aug 2013 . No where was this communicated to me when aggreeing on the contract. So i am forced to pay pay pay. Now too see my bill go from R300 odd to nearly R900. So i phone Vodacom Call Centre JHB CBD today nearly having a heart attack on the phone because the team leader takes 25 minutes to take my call then tells the consultant to tell me she is to busy with escalations to take my call??? i then hold a futher 15 min to speak to her superior.by this time i was spitting fire. still then to get the same answer of oh well that how it is you just need to pay pay pay! This i find so disgusting on Vodacoms behalf that there staff are so ill educated with telling their customers what to expect when upgrading and for what you will be charged on month end. I have several contracts with vodacom should have used Cell C instead
