I have sent a query regarding ADSL account disconnections to the email to the [Email Removed] email and I get a vague answer from Ashley Anthony who said he would get back to me.
10 days later and I have yet to get this "feedback".
I have sent follow up emails and yet still no response.
If this is how long Mweb takes to respond to a simple query via email then I am going to be looking at another ISP.
