No indication of resolve

I bought a data sim contract with Cell C. Used it fine in Dbn until 07/07. In Craigavon, says Cell C 3G but shows error saying no internet connection. Logged complaint via email on 12/07 with response only on the 18th asking for me to resubmit the same detail. Have used Cell C in my home previously with no problems so I don't understand what the problem is now.

Called the call centre on 19/07-was passed between 5 different people in different departments with no help or care. Was given number to complain & even when you call regional office you're passed on. There is absolutely no sense of professionalism or accountability anywhere in Cell C. Frustrated I cut the call and decided to call the technical department directly & even that number given to me was incorrect.

I called call centre back & was assisted however then I find that the details captured on the system are not even mine. What exactly is the point of showing proof of residence when details are not even captured correctly?

If Cell C cannot resolve this immediately I want this contract cancelled & I will not be paying cancellation fees. I have been without service for 3 weeks now and it's no fault of mine.
