Poor embarrassing service

I'm sincerely disappointed and deeply regret why i took a 3G contract with Heita. i called in earlier just to cancell my policy for R199 per month, i ended up regretting why i'm even making the call, because i ended up wasting my money being bashed on the phone.
A lady by the name of Gift Make was supposed to cancel my policy tells me that there is R800 penalty on the early cancellation and i informed her that am not aware of that, i then requested to engage with a Manager because she began to act with arrogance and disrespect to me as in showing she was not understanding why am unhappy with a penalty of R800 becuase its me who wants to cancell the policy. she said to me wat is it u dont undertstand

She said all managers and supervis are gone for a meeting. why do u want to be called by manager.

The lady called tells me that its company practice that i cannot get reference numbers for the called i made. She can only log in an interaction (discussion held) and cannot give me a case number unless its something that needs to be investigated.

The disrepct i received made me wonder if exactly i'm a client of this company called Heita and actually deserved to b treated so.
