I took out a new contract with MTN, on a data dongle, MTN F@stlink E3251.
After I waited a week for them to get me one. I am unable to use it to it's fill capacity.
I phoned the call centre to help me set up the wi-fi settings and to connect my cellphone to it. Then the call centre told me that it is a new product, and he do not know how to help me.
So, he asked the rest of the people in the call centre, and all of them said they will not be able to help.
This is pathetic! How can you sell something that you are not able to set up for a paying customer??
