Have had an MTN data contract for a month now. No matter what, nobody seems to be able to get my dongle to work. I have called the call centre many times, called the activation line, been to 2 shops, and i cant get my data bundle/stick to work and today I was told that on the system i only have a cell phone - which also was unable to connect to the internet until just now!!! I want to cancel this data contract, and go to a more reliable service provider. I understand that I have to keep the phone, because it has been used, but i cannot handle any more of this non supplying data contract!
