I have been having problems with my signal which keeps dropping i have had this problem since january i have sent through numerous complaints and get the standard answer a call center agent will contact you within 72 hours
this is a long 72 hours why should i pay for a service that i do not receive its absolutely shocking how they couldn't give a about their customers
i am due for an upgrade next year which i don't think i will do 6 years and two contracts and they couldn't care less
