My husband has gone overseas for a long weekend on business. He has been on the hotels wireless Internet for most of the time. Now he gets an SMS saying his account is 9000 already and he has used over 200mb. Now I try to phone Vodacom to try sort it out and they will not help me. My husband has to do it, but he is overseas. Will only be back on Monday. So by then the account is going to double. And I can't afford that kind of money. They better sort this out.
