I saw in the newspaper the specials for the weekend. Send my husband and daugter to buy 2 x HCL U2 for R999. I got the sms for R999 and phoned him to as why is he only buying 1. Answer: out of stock. So I told him to get the HCL Y4 for R1999 instead. Then got another sms from the bank for the amount. When he got back home he said that the transaction did not went through for the R1999. I showed him the sms and went into my bank account. The money is deducted from my account. He went back to game and according to them they can only sort it out on Monday. They told my husband the card limit has been reached for the day. Why is the R1999 then missing from my account? My daughter saw when they left the first time the swipe machine printing a long page, when they went back with my cellphone the 2nd time the cashier was gone. Why must I wait for 2 days to get what I paid for?? I want my money back!!
