Unacceptable service

I had a couple of CELL C contracts which ended a while ago. On 1 feb2-13, I went into the PAVILLION branch of CELL C in Durban and filled in 4 separate cancellation documents to cancel all 4 contracts. The branch staff faxed these documents to the CELL C offices, I have proof of this. CELL C continued to debit my account for MARCH, APRIL AND MAY . I tried calling their customer service no, after holding for a while, I get transferred to another extension for cancellations. Nobody at cancellations picks up the phone. In the fisrt instance, I waited for 20 minutes before putting the phone down. I phoned the next day again and the same happened.
I sent 2 e/mails to custserv@ cellc and still no response. I want my 3 premiums back.
i have now instructed my bank to reverse the current instalment.
