I applied for a data contract at a store. when I received my statement I was overcharged with about R400. I called Cell C customer service who blamed it on the store, saying they did not put the discount through. I called the guy from the store and they said it' the billing department. I was then told the only way to fix it is to cancel everything and reapply all over. Now I must be inconvenienced? after a few days a received an sms saying they will put a credit through for the amount that was incorrectly billed. I followed up 3 days after that requesting an amended statement, to date I have still not received the amended statement or feedback from anyone informing me what is going on!! to top it all, when I wanted to use the date, it said "NO SERVICE". When I called Cell C, I was told it was cancelled by the store. I'm just really so fed up and tired of the BAD SERVICE i'm getting from CellC. No one is taking responsibility for the mistake they made and everyone is just passing it from the one person to the other.
