Sluggish to attend to billing errors

Nashua Mobile deducted an amount in excess of R5000 from my account in error. My monthly account for this service is only R1000. I escalated this but after more than three weeks I have received NO response from them. I understand that the credit note was prepared on the 11th of March and sent to some credit controller to process but to date (5th of April) I have not even received a phone call in this regard.

It is totally unacceptable that Nashua takes money from my account and then take their time to process the credit note when they need to do so. An error is acceptable but being sluggish to attend to your errors is just outright unacceptable. I regret ever doing business with Nashua Mobile.

When my account is in arrears, it needs to be paid immediately or it gets terminated without delay. Unfortunately Nashua seemingly believe it has the right to take their time to repay money if they owe you money.
