This is a follow-up on the query which I posted for Nashua Mobile. I hope they also send me a recorded conversation concerning the deal which they claim I have with them.

I also need to know how exaxtly was the phone delivered to me, did the person who signed for it provide them with the copy of my ID and who was she/he?

If only they can also provide me with the contract which was signed and the delivery note.
