Last month I logged a complaint using this platform on Nashua Mobile. I did tell all the story about the account which was opened under my name in KwaZulu Natal. All I asked was all the proof they had which include delivery note, voice conversations which they tend to claim to record.
A person by the name Shelwyn S responded on behalf of Nashua Mobile. Shelwn S promised to escalate my query and provide me with feedback. I haven't heard anything from them since then, let alone an apology.
