I was assisted by Edward, he could not find me on the system and as result requested that I send him a copy of the affidavit and proof that funds had been taken from my account. I did this and sent through an email to him with all required documents. I have since not received any feedback from Edward. Not even confirmation of receipt of my email. I phoned on Friday and was told he was on lunch, left a message. I emailed him again this morning with no response. Nashua mobile are from me, and are being uncooperative. I have never had such bad service in my life. I am not even a client.
