Telkom continue with very bad service

I had for the second time the most terrible experience with 8ta/Telkom. Please read my previous post on this site.

I applied for the Telkom data deal 15g plus 15g for my home. Telkom ensured me that there is perfect 3G cover in my area. I can even see the Telkom tower from my house. Since day one I had NEVER 3G cover and reception is terrible. Although my mobile phone shows a perfect 3G signal, the devise they give me stays on edge.

I logged a call and I was promised that this will be dealt with ASAP as the lady agrees its unacceptable. I got a follow up ref. Several weeks later I had no feedback, no apology, no technician, nothing. I pay over R700 per month for my data and phone package and I am discussed with the service. I followed up and I have been told that my problem has not been attendant to. Still waiting...

I advise any person not to take out any contracts with Telkom mobile or 8ta.
