TELL STILL IGNORING ME

Hallo Peter
do you see the mail from TELKOM on the 4 july, today is the 18 july and yet no feedback but I have a reference number!!!
whats the next step... this is what I am talking about. everybody gives reference numbers and then it stops dead!

Telkom is ignoring me regardig my credit they dont want to pay me back.
R764.84

My last attempt I had to fax the bill with the credit to 0865491431. Still no response.
I HAVE THE BILL DATED 20 APRIL 2011 with this credit R764.84. my line is not existing any more and I HAVE emailed and faxed my head off... ug I hope you can help me

acc no 335082060001 invoice no 104f10089319 telephone number 0147175808 it was a farmline that wasnt in use for a few months due to cables that was . every month I received a bill. aft
