I wrote a report on 10th April. It has been 1, 5 months TM-SOC-081180. I complained about 8tas coverage in my area. After a month I was advised that 8ta would install a booster for me. Then I was advised yesterday that the booster wont work as coverage in my area is too far from the server site (despite the website saying I have coverage which led me to take up the contract). They also advised I should wait for 5 months for signal to improve. I am utteryly disappointed with the service. Firstly for taking 1.5 months to get back to me; and then that I need to wait for another 5 months. I have been paying for such poor service; and this is definitely against the service a consumer should get as per the CPA. I want this resolved; and demand to be reimbursed for this wastage of my time and money. Email [Email Removed]
