I have had several previous complaints regarding the coverage and quality of service that I am receiving from MTN. REQ 2193609, REQ 2337451, etc. Recently I have been referred to William (some manager or coordinator or something at MTN Network Coverage. 083 900 1212) Only problem is I can not get to talk to him! He does not return my calls. Maybe it is because they are unable (unwilling?) to solve my problems! The last promise was that they were going to install an amplifier at my home to improve my signal quality. Nothing has happened after weeks of waiting! Last night I had no data coverage not even EDGE, nothing! NO Blackberry service! NOTHING!!!
