Because of the bad reception (poor signal) where I stay (in the middle of Gauteng!!!) I requested MTN to install a booster at my house. Our household holds 5 contract with MTN. The booster was eventually installed after about a month of phone calls and follow-up from my side. The service has now for the third time broke. Every time it takes at least three to five follow-up phone calls from me to get this sorted out.
Most recently. I logged the call on Friday 15/11/13 at 09:09. Ref no: 0036172. I was assured 'William' will phone me back during the day. No response. I followed-up today on 19/11/13. I was told that they will get back to me. I understand that 'William' is from a supplier outside of MTN. This is not my problem - I pay for a service from MTN - they are not delivering!
