Im very dissappointed in you as a company, I applied for a cellphone contract at your branch in Swellendam the lady who assisted me did a credit check first because I don't have any accounts.
The credit score was approved and it shows R298 that I qualified for, but when the lady want to process the deal it shows application declined young credit score?
Why did it approve in the first place and I when the deal was done it shows declined young credit score, I have a stable job and a good income why did you decline me? I know people who are blacklisted but they got cellphone contracts at Cellc in Swellendam, im not blacklisted I don't have any accounts on my name but you don't wanna give me a contract?
How can I built up a good credit record if you don't wanna assist me with a phone that I can afford, but you assist people who are already in-debt and blacklisted?
Im very dissapointed in you and I would not recommend any of my friends or family to go and apply for a contract at any of your stores.
