Bad service? More like no service!

MTN advertises a uncapped bundle no limits mentioned on the website no terms nothing just uncapped for 24 hours, being uncapped you sort of expect the speed to not be the best in the world but decently usable at least.
so for the first short while it is actually very fast really fast then they choke the connection to supposedly 128kb/s well that is where it all ends DEAD! No 128kb/s no service about inquiries made nothing oh but promises yes plenty of those ref numbers are given and problem is escalated etc etc. So you think they are trying fix it after all they promised and they gave a ref NR. so they are obviously working hard to fix the problem and will help you to recover lost time/data that you ran into due to their mistake. So you continue to use their service buying a voucher every day using it a bit then losing the complete usage of internet and emails once they start choking it, then after more than a week and a couple of hundred worth of worthless vouchers they send you a response of we wont help you further via there Facebook page in a private message.
