I am supposedly on an uncapped internet bundle but if I go beyond 3Gigs my service gets slowed down to 250kbps, for the last 5 days I am lucky if I get beyond 35kbps.
What kind of lousy service is this? Uncapped is just that is it not, then you come with some fair usage clause! If I am paying for a service I expect to be able to use it, first I get slapped with a R11000 bill for a week in Mauritius now this garbage. This service provider is a complete joke, time to move on I think!!!
