BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELAY OF GOODS

On the 31 December 2012, i took my cellphone (blackberry 9300) to the CellC shop at eastgate as the trackpad would not work any more. I only got this cellphone in May 2012, so i haven't had this phone for long. When i took it to CellC, they said they would need to book it in for repairs which i agreed upon and they said they didn't have any loan phones which is frustrating as i needed to get a phone else's where. I was told that it would take 21 days to be repaired which i was fine. I have still not received my phone back, i then received an sms on the 26 January 2013 stating that my phone was received at cellc repair centre in midrand and is queued for repairs REF CLC889789. I am not happy with this, as i am using someone elses phone and i was told it would only take 21 days. I then went to the Cellc shop at eastgate to query this, the man who helped me was very rude and inconsiderate, he told me i would need to wait as he is not sure why the delay. He did not apologise for the inconvenience or apologise for the delay. I find this very unprofessional and bad customer service.
