MTN Cosmo-Net's pathetic lack of service

In December 2012 I was due for an upgrade and stated I wanted to migrate to cheaper package. Peter Makamo from MTN Cosmo-Net assured me it wasn't a problem and was supposed to process it. Two months past and I tried to contact Peter to inform him that my migration hadn't taken place. I eventually had to physically go into the store to 'force' him to resolve the issue and once again false assurance was handed to me. April 2013 rolls around and I wanted this problem escalated and it fell into the hands of the area manager Johan Swanepoel. Same false assurances, extremely slow reply on email and NEVER answers his cel phone or returns my messages which I find ironic that they're in the communications industry??!! I was then put on a pay as you go, which I haven't been on since high school, and constantly having to recharge which I find annoying! We are now almost into August and I am disgusted how pathetic their lack of service is!! As far as I'm concerned MTN HAVE NOT upheld their side of a contract and I will move to another SERVICE PROVIDER despite being a long standing LOYAL MTN customer.
