Cosmo-Net service delivery debacle

I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with multiple members of incompetent MTN store personnel from the Woodmead branch, which culminated in the intervention of the Area Manager, who was quick to make commitments he was simply unable to fulfil.
I was given incorrect advice at store level regarding a cell upgrade. When collecting my new phone, I was then informed I had needed to pay a fee by the same consultant who had assured me 2 days previously that this was not the case. I believed I was fortunate as the Area Manager happened to be in the store, and he quickly resolved the issue, committing to MTN both debiting and crediting my MTN account before the funds would be taken from my bank account.
Despite my numerous follow ups with the Area Manager to ensure he fulfilled his commitments, my faith was eroded by non confirmation and very slow responses. It was finally shattered when the full amount was debited off my account.
My subsequent enquiries at Cosmo-Net has resulted in myself being met with further incompetent service at all levels, and none of the supposed senior managers have bothered to return my calls or messages.
I now simply regret remaining at MTN.
